Who we are
This website is operated by Interoper. For any privacy question, email saintrakhshani@gmail.com.
What this website does
This site describes our software for coordinating robot fleets and people in warehouses and factories. We are at an early stage and are not yet operating a live service. This policy covers visitors to this website and people who contact us.
What data we collect
- Information you send us. If you request an assessment, email us, or otherwise get in touch, we receive what you provide, typically your name, work email, company, role and your message.
- Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of the visit.
We do not use cookies or analytics tools on this website. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and arrange assessments or calls.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Our legal basis is taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the site secure, under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries, such as hosting and email providers. They may process it only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU and UK. Where they do, we rely on approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and booking details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy of it. Email saintrakhshani@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Germany, or the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, but no system is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
